Decent experience, good quality

I picked up the 30lb hand x band and a 40lb one a couple of weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no hiccups there. Shipping was okay, it arrived in about a week. I had a quick question about exercises and their online chat was pretty responsive, got my answer in minutes. The bands themselves feel durable and well-made from silicone, not that weird rubbery stuff. They're comfortable to use and seem like they'll last. I've been using them for my guitar practice and already feel a difference in my finger strength. Overall happy with what I got.

Good value for a set

I got the extensor trainer set during a sale. It was a good deal compared to buying them one by one. Made the purchase feel totally worth it for the price I paid.

Easy to use bands

I ordered the hand therapy kit last week. It came pretty fast, took like 4 days to reach my place in Texas. The bands feel sturdy, not cheap plastic. I've been using them a bit each day for my stiff fingers and it feels good. No fuss, just worked as expected.

Thinking of picking up a set of these Hand X Bands, but not sure which resistance level to get. I'm pretty new to hand exercises, should I just start with the light one?

They actually have a guide on their site, I think it suggests starting with the lighter ones for beginners or if you're rehabbing. Maybe check that out for more specific advice.

Yeah, I'd say start light for sure. I picked up the 20lb a while back and it was a bit much on day one. Better to build up than overdo it.
